What could your home sell for?

Tell us the address. We’ll talk with you about the property, look at the relevant sales and explain what supports a pricing range. You can ask the questions before deciding to sell.

01

We learn what the address alone cannot tell us.

We talk with you and arrange a property review. We want to understand the layout, condition, updates, unfinished work and anything unusual about the home or land. Tell us whether you are planning a move, weighing a renovation or simply trying to understand your options.

02

We show you the comparisons and explain the differences.

We prepare a comparative market analysis using relevant recent sales and current competition. We explain which properties we used, why they are relevant and where yours differs. Condition, usable space, location and land ownership matter more than a simple average of prices. We discuss a supported range and a proposed asking price in the context of your timing.

03

We talk about what you would keep and what comes next.

A sale price is not the same as the amount you take home. We discuss estimated selling expenses, any mortgage payoff information you provide and preparation you are considering. Then we explain how we would photograph, market and show the property. You leave the conversation knowing the reasoning, the work involved and what you want to do next.

You may be wondering.

Is this an instant online valuation?

No. A person reviews your request and discusses the property with you. A comparative market analysis is an agent’s pricing opinion, not an appraisal, purchase offer or guarantee of the eventual sale price.

Can I call about pricing land, commercial property, a business or an estate?

Yes. Start with us and tell us the property and the reason you need a value. We coordinate a market-pricing review within our brokerage scope. If a lender, estate, tax matter or business interest requires a formal appraisal or specialist valuation, we help arrange the appropriate professional and coordinate that work. We explain which kind of opinion is needed before you rely on it.

How do you assess price when public sales information is limited?

We review permitted MLS information, the property itself and relevant market evidence, then explain why particular comparisons fit. An online estimate can miss condition, concessions, unusual ownership arrangements or details of the transaction. Our pricing conversation connects the available evidence with your property and plans.

Do I have to list my home after asking?

No. Sending the request does not commit you to listing or create a representation agreement. We can talk while you are still deciding whether a sale makes sense.

What if I am months away from moving?

That is a useful time to start. We can discuss preparation before you spend money and connect the sale to your next move. We revisit the pricing as your intended listing date approaches because competing properties and buyer activity can change.

Ask us about your home’s price.

Start with your address, any recent improvements and when you might want to move. If there is something an online estimate would miss, tell us about it. This goes to our office for a personal review; it does not generate an instant price.

No obligation to list or enter a representation agreement by submitting this form.
