Information you choose to provide
Inquiry forms collect your name, email, optional phone number, message and relevant property or agent context. Missoula Realty uses this information to respond to your request and coordinate the services you discuss. Submitting a form does not enroll you in marketing.
Where inquiries go
Accepted inquiries are stored in the brokerage’s restricted staff inbox. Property inquiries are assigned using the listing’s agent record. Commercial inquiries without another designated agent are assigned to Tommy Evans; general buying, selling, land and pricing inquiries go to the office. An assigned agent and authorized office staff can review the information.
Hosting and notifications
The website uses Sites hosting, Cloudflare-based database and file storage, and ChatGPT sign-in for restricted staff access. If a notification provider is connected, the information needed to deliver the inquiry may be processed by that provider. The office inbox remains the record of an accepted submission. The private review version also requires the site owner to sign in.
Basic measurement and spam prevention
The site records successful inquiry acceptance separately from phone-link clicks, email-link clicks, property-share actions and visits to our Google review links. These measurement events contain event type, general category and time; they do not contain your name, email, phone number or message. Short-lived hashed request identifiers help limit spam. The site does not add advertising trackers or marketing cookies.
Access, correction and retention
Contact office@mslarealty.com or (406) 549-0094 to ask about your information or request correction or deletion. The brokerage may need to retain records for transaction, legal or operational requirements. Authorization documents and compensation edit history are restricted to authorized staff.
Google reviews and Google Maps
When the live review connection is enabled, our server requests public reviews and rating information from Google Maps. Your inquiry details are not sent with that request. The website does not save Google review text or rating totals in its database. Reviewer photos, when displayed, load from Google; your browser sends the information needed to request those images, including your IP address. Opening a Google review, author profile or review-writing link takes you to Google. Google handles those interactions under the Google Privacy Policy, incorporated here for that content. Third-party links
Property tours, map services and linked resources operate under their own practices. Avoid sending confidential documents, banking information or payment instructions through a general inquiry form. Independently verify any wiring instructions by a trusted phone number.
